Dave was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! My husband and I hadn't purchased a home in 20 years so we were a little worried we had been out of the loop too long. David was great about breaking down the experience and expectations to a very base level. I felt very comfortable with my choice at the end of it and had most of not all my questions answered. What set David apart was his willingness to set aside time to answer questions and how quick he was to respond. i felt like he told me the facts as they were and not just trying to give me what I wanted to hear.
