Great customer service, as always. One point of constructive criticism, please make sure that the loan team actually needs the information they are asking for before going to the insurance provider and requesting this information. It put us in an awkward spot with the insurance causing them to raise their rates because they decided to take a closer look at our request for coverage all for information that was not needed.
