This was my first time in the process of buying a home. I do have to admit it was a process but with David he made the situation better. I refinanced my home with the help of David and have been very pleased. David distinguishes himself from other loan officers in that he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate market. He is very honest and puts the clients interests first. I called and talked to him several times in the months prior to the refinance. He was very patient and easy to reach. We did a cash out refinance and payoff all our debts. I would recommend David to all my family and friends.
It doesn't get better than this!! I was a first time home buyer and a little worry of dealing with a company I wasn't familiar with but was so happy I did. David made everything so easy and smooth. As a first home buyer, David is very knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions and concerns. Responds are all rapid and timely, usually in few minutes and no more than an hour. I really appreciate his help to go through the short escrow. It was smoother than I expected. Interest rate is lower than other mortgage companies and they didn't increase that at the last moment.
