This is my first home purchase. I was excited and anxious about the whole process. David was very patience and professional. He thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns about the loan process. He even prepped me on the "Do's and Don'ts" to make the process run smoothly. I have never worked with anyone who is so organized and on top of things. Thank you for all you have done.

Ill keep this short and sweet. If you need some one to make sure they have everything needed, and update you at moments notice, this is the guy for you. He was quicker than my escrow officer themselves. Very attentive, and communicated options availible.

Loanlock offers strong rates, so I was pleased to get my mortgage funded through them. David was a helpful loan officer: answered a lot of my questions and was responsive. If I had one complaint, it would be that the underwriting process was somewhat slow, but that can be somewhat unavoidable given the complexity of the mortgage process. I had a few other questions and concerns throughout the process, but was pleased that David and his colleagues were responsive and sought to address my concerns promptly.

David was efficient and knowledgable. He was very organized and detailed in what we need to close our purchase in 21 days. I was kind of worry at the beginning because my realtor hasn't heard about them. I'm glad I did my own research. Not only did we close our purchase home on time, we also got a lower rate compare to other lenders. I would highly recommend my friends and family to David.

Look no further. LoanLock is definitely the way to go if you are trying to refinance your current mortgage. Working with my loan officer David Moc was a great experience.
