All people working on an account need to be communicating with each other. Make sure the documents asked for are really the ones you need and only ask for the needed ones once. Your firm should find the most convenient title company for the client not the client finding an alternative location and asking to use that location. The entire process was not a pleasant experience. I will give 5 stars to the alternative title company, Capital Title in Texarkana, they were very professional.
