David kept us informed all the time and let us know when the underwriter didn't understand, needed clarification, or more documents. Information had to be resent to the underwriter often. Along with a change in personnel with that department there were some difficulties which caused the process to be prolonged. David was always congenial though and willing to do what ever he could to expedite and clear up problems. He was easy to work with and made the 3 month long process bearable.
