Had a post-op checkup. Love how Dr. Miller takes his time to answer questions and make sure that everything is going well. His assistant is also great! She did a great job on my cast.
Referred for Dupuytren's Contracture of left and right ring finger. Dr. Miller and staff conducted an assessment, and provided options for treatment. Surgery was selected and it was performed with great precision. Dr. Miller and his staff have been outstanding with follow-up care and responding to questions and concerns.

Dr Miller is an excellent hand surgeon- I’ve had two surgeries with full recovery - I’d recommend him to anyone with hand and wrist problems.
The entire staff at Town Center Orthopaedic Associates at both the Reston and Centreville locations are extremely friendly and caring. I love Dr Miller and his PAs! Dr Miller is extremely efficient, takes time to listen to what you have to say, go over his diagnosis and options for treatment. His PAs are equally as good as Dr Miller. If you have any issues that fall within Dr Miller’s area of specialty, I highly recommend him.
Dr. MIller is an exceptional specialist and surgeon. I had a fast-growing mass in my hand. He recommended I see a specific oncologist for a more precise opinion and left it to me as to which surgeon to use. I thought his approach gave me the better chance of return to full functionality and less scarring. I had my surgery in the morning; he personally called that evening to check on me and discuss the surgery! He answered all my questions and used simple language. I couldn't be more pleased
I was able to get an appointment the same day! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful/informative. My wait time to see doctor was less than 10 minutes and almost as soon as I got into exam room doctor arrived. All of these factors just rarely occur these days. I was quite happy with Dr Miller. He was very personable and pleasant. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his office!
Dr. Miller and his staff were very compassionate and professional. They understood exactly what was going on and how best to treat my conditions. I’ve had him perform three different surgeries and the outcomes have been great!
Dr. Miller has been my "go-to" orthopedic hand and arm doctor., not just for me, but for my whole family. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his examinations. He listens carefully to the problems relayed by the patient and suggests treatments beginning with the most conservative. Surgery is always the last option. His bedside manner speaks volumes about his ethics and the kind of person that he is.
