From first meeting & discussing with Dr. Miller the physical challenges and pain I struggled with daily, Dr. Miller seamlessly explained my many options suggesting surgery only after attempting other procedures. Eventually, multiple surgeries were performed by Dr Miller. There are not enough accolades to toss Dr. Miller’s way! A genuine concern through his transparency to inform, as well as listen to the concerns of his patients. Great staff, & friendly office. Kasiotis, annie, t

Dr. Miller is very personable and helpful. I have seen him several times over the last few years and have always been impressed with his answers to my questions and recommendations to improve my medical issues. His PA was also informative and helpful. I recently had minor surgery for "trigger finger" and both the prep and surgery itself went very well, as well as the follow-up visit. Highly recommend Dr. Miller.

Dr. Miller, his PA, Madeleine and all of his medical staff attended to me when I needed surgery on my thumb. From the moment we met to my last follow up visit (July to November 2017), Dr. Miller and his staff were friendly, professional, informative and explained my surgery in a way I could understand easily. My surgery went very well and I did not need any pain medication except for Motrin for the first day or so. Thank you all for the excellent care that you gave me.

The staff at Town Center Orthopaedics Associates is very courteous, efficient and professional. I had carpal tunnel syndrome for a few years. Dr. Miller thoroughly explained my treatment options. I decided to have surgery and everything went very well. The pain, numbness and tingling are gone. The surgical scar is barely visible. I would highly recommend him for hand surgery.

I am highly disappointed. I went to Dr Millers office for a second opinion regarding the need for surgery. He basically did nothing and even claimed that he went over my MRI imaging results in the formal H&P, which he didn’t do. This was one of the worst experiences of my life as a patient. And I had to drive from far away to get his second opinion

I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Upon arriving, after handing my credit card, the receptionist informed me there was an hour & 15 minute wait. Why? Dr Miller had too many appointments. So they overbooked.

Post-op thuumb joint surgery I began feeling pain in my wrist. I did not have this pain before the surgery. Four months later I saw Dr. Miller. I was upset. He suggested I should 'talk with a professional'. Not him, he meant a Therapist. Two weeks later I went back for an x-ray. He walked into the room and said to the assistant 'is she going to keep coming back until she gets the answer she want.' The x-ray showed no problems. I decided to get a second opinion. She ordered an MRI which showed I have a completely torn ligamen... read more

Shady practive who charge upfront fees for services not provided. They do not follow their contracted rates with the insurance companies that have them in network.

I consistently felt Dr. Miller wasn't listening to me (I had 3 interactions with him). He didn't make eye contact and rushed through appointments. At one point, a scheduler told me he had 60 patients slotted for one day, and so perhaps he is just over-scheduled. He was careful with one minor procedure he did for me, but I ultimately got frustrated and moved to a new doctor who was able to take the time to hear me out, explain why I had pain in more than one spot and what the options were.
