Dr. Shepherd came highly recommend when we first relocated to the area and my family has been visiting his office for 29 yrs. and have never had a bad experience. We even were able to see him after hours on one occasion. The personnel are always friendly, cheerful and accommodating.
Dr. Shepherd does a great job. He and his staff a very personal and has taken care of our family for years. I would recommend him to anyone.
I don’t take any numbing for dental work. So my first concern is, will a dentist even take me as a new patient. Dr. Shepherd willingly excepted me as a new patient knowing that no numbing for Dental procedures. I found my visit very pleasant my hygienist was extremely gentle and professional as well as effective, And Dr Shepherd was very personable and able to put me at ease.
Excellent experience. Repaired my crown efficiently and with no wait.
My Dental Hygienist was excellent. She was gentle and thorough. Dr Shepherd always follows up with a great check on my teeth. His personality gives patients a sense of comfort. To sum up, a great Dental organization.
No matter your dental need, you will receive quality care on every level from the office staff, the dental assistants, and dentists. I have been a patient of Dr. Romano for 30+ years and have received nothing but top quality dental care and attention. When procedures have been needed, his expertise has been exceptional.
