I love that Dr. Romano has joined this office. He is the best. Appointments are scheduled so that there is no waiting.
Rae gave me a fantastic cleaning. She couldn’t have been any nicer. This is the first visit I’ve had at this office since I found where Dr. Romano had relocated. . I’ve never known anyone as carrying as Dr Romano. I consider him to be my special angel. I could go on & on about what a great dentist he is as well as one of the finest people I’ve ever known. There will be a special place waiting for him in heaven but it better be a very, very long time before he makes his way up to the pearly gates.
Dr. Shepherd and his staff handled my emergency rather painfull tooth ache quickly and professionally. This was done on snow Friday which made the view from the window very nice. I made the right choice following Dr. Romano to this practice. If you want to feel comfortable and confident with your dental care this is the place.
I have been going to Dr Shepherd for many, many years now and love all of the folks there. They are always kind and helpful and caring.
I was very pleased with the service provided by Dr. Shepherd and his staff. They were able to work on my tooth, complete a root canal, and install a temporary crown (permanent in two weeks) in less than two hours. The next day they called to make sure I was having no problems with the tooth they had worked on. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I've been going to Dr. Shepherd for at least two decades . . . probably longer. He bought the practice from my dentist, Dr. Carlson. He is knowledgeable and professional. He's also sort of just fun . . . although he's serious when it is time to be. He's a superb dentist.
It is always an uplifting time to lay in a chair for approximately 30 minutes, listening to the relaxed atmosphere of everyone while the hygenist is working in your mouth. This was, more than likely, one of the best dental visit I have ever had. The hygenist was thorough, professional, and fun to listen to her. The dentist is always up-beat, and straight to the point verbally. He is also enjoyable, just to be around, and/or listen to him.
I've been using Dr. Shepherd for many years and I have NEVER had a problem. Dr. Shepherd is a great dentist and hires only the best staff. Rhea (my current hygienist) is the best I've ever had. She is skilled, does a great job and gets you out quickly. Dr. Shepherd has done restorative and cosmetic dentistry for me and I've always been happy with the results.
