Dr. Shepherd and the rest of his staff are pleasant and my experience has always been positive. My husband and I live in Pinson and have been going to him for approximately 15 years. We would not consider changing dentists. My family and I have been going to Dr. Shepherd for 20+ years. We have the utmost confidence in him and love his staff. It's always been a great comfort to know he stays on top of the latest technologies and methodologies for dentistry and other areas such as doing root canals, braces and more. We also love his great sense of humor! He's quite the entertainer at times!
I appreciate the fact Dr. Shepherd and Dr. Melton value my time. I have never had to wait after my appointment time, the exams/treatments is thorough yet efficient.
