I had a lovely experience at Dr. Shepherd and Melton's office for my first dentist trip in about ten years! My review is for a standard cleaning appointment: The dental hygienist was gentle when needed and provided a heads-up when required to work harder on a tough plaque spot. I also appreciated these 'teachable movements' regarding flossing and areas of potential future plaque building up, which I greatly appreciate. Having not been to the dentist in a while, I was nervous. The hygienist was amazing, very responsive and very friendly. Dr. Shepherd was his normal, ebullient self. This visit has done much to put me at ease and remind me of why I liked Dr. Shepherd and his team.
Dr. Shepherd has been my family's dentist for over 16 years. All of the staff in Dr. Shepherd's office are so nice, and great at what they do.
Awesome service I will recommend you to anyone looking for a Dentist. My extraction was speedy and I'm healing up very quickly. Thank you.
