David has got to be one of the best closing agents. He is quick to respond and goes out of his way to make sure the closing process goes smoothly. He treated my husband and I like family and would call us with any updates, even the small ones that might not be as important. He was thorough and detailed with his explanations of our loan options, and even met us late after he got off work because we couldn’t make it in a different time. I will recommend David and PRMI to anyone who asks!

All in all, this was the worst experience of my life with a mortgage company, and I will be telling everyone to use someone else unless you want to hold the hand of a trained professional. PRMI is not worth the hassle, the stress, or the time you end up putting in.
