I’m not one to write a negative review, and it really hurts me to have to write one like this. We had nothing but problems, roadblocks, and delays on our most recent refinance. We had started the process June 30th, 2020, and just closed the loan November 24th, 2020. I should have known to go with someone else when the first set of paperwork we were sent from PRMI didn’t even have the right address and we were told to sign it anyways and they would get it changed.
