I started this with Taylor Harper of Ashton Woods, on May 15, 2026, & the two of us did a back to back days to get the necessary documents to David Simpson, who was awesome getting all those documents together, & 27 days later! I am signing the final documents to close on my brand new ready move-in home, & pick up my keys today on June 13, 2026. That’s a excellent fabulous job on both Taylor & David!
