Good, but could have been great. Start wasnt the best when I was first inquiring about the home. Seems like I was wasting time because an application wasn't submitted. Gave me the vibe of, your waste of my time unless you submit an application if you want information. This is your profession. Correct me if im wrong, but Im sure you've done 1000s applications to be able to give me ball park numbers base off my income, credit score, comfortable monthly payment, and current mortgage without me hurting my credit score.
