David was very good at making things right after my wife had a very unpleasant experience with Lisa. That is the only reason we did not score things higher. But David was great Lisa was not.

I did not feel the loan officer had my best interest in mind and he seemed constantly distracted. I felt I had to prod him for any communication. The loan underwriter was the worst I've ever experienced; lazy, petty, and unorganized. The only good experience was Chris Perez, the loan processor, who communicated well and attempted to salvage the worst loan experience ever. I should have gone with a different mortgage company even if it cost me a bit more.

Number one recommendation to improve would be to be up front and honest with clients. Talking in circles to avoid the real question or issue, hidden fees, talking down to people, etc is not a good, kind or appropriate way to communicate with anyone.
