He called within minutes of asking for an estimate on Home advisor, gave a very fair estimate, and stuck to the estimate quoted. He gave an email 3 days before the appt, to verify we were still on. The morning of, he called an hour early to say he was finishing up another job, and that he would be 30 minutes late, and he was right on time for that.
