Beware may not be a licensed plumber who can not find does not say on his website or from the town!!!! We called David the plumber once to snake the drain and he was great nice came on time and did the job. We called him again to fix a leaking water heater. On Oct 3rd, 2022 I had conversation with David West from David the plumber to snake out my sewer line because water was backing up in our basement bathroom. We had explained to him that we had the some of sewer line replaced last summer but did not go all the way up to the black top, we told him there are roots and its about 65ft out from the house to the street. Overcharged me and did not finish the job properly and said he would have to charge me again to come back out
This guy is slow and not prepared to do the job. He does not listen to instructions, as a result he had to come back to do the job right. Had the nerve to change me for his time, after he didn�t get it right the first time because he thought he knew more than what I was asking him to do.
He became totally non responsive once he got paid, there was a noise coming out of the toilet that was not there prior to fixing it and a knock in the water system. I called him , spoke to him and texted him and he hasn't responded with a time to come back to look at it .
