It was fast and easy. The app made it really easy to upload documents, it was easy to sign documents online, it was great that we were able to close at our house, and David was always available whenever we needed him. He never made us feel like we had a dumb question and he was great at explaining everything to us. It was an intimidating situation that him and the rest of the Churchill Mortgage team made simple and a great experience. Thank you.

Mr. Walker understood how time was extremely important with the speed of how the WA state market moved and was willing to work way past office hours to make sure we had our approval letter to submit our offer. He was extremely helpful in the entire process. I have already referred him to a family member.
