We had taken a Dave Ramsey financial class and learned about Preferred lenders. Churchill Mortgage was on that list. When we considered refinancing we chose Churchill Mortgage. David Walker was our representative. It was clear from the start that David had our financial interests as his top priority. He has become a friend in the process. David returned calls promptly and is quite knowledgeable. Any questions I had he answered and was overall kind. I would recommend him to friends and family but I don't know anyone else buying a home soon.

David Walker was very patient and informative with us throughout the whole re-fi process. We never felt like we asked any dumb questions even though our expertise in matters such as these are limited. David always made himself available for our questions, and we never felt as though David would rather be doing anything other than helping us at that moment. Even when we would hear the phone ringing in the background, his attention was only briefly distracted to tell us to ignore it & continue.
