LACK OF COMM UNICATION. We started in October I believe and everything was lost and them when we got going again, everything had to be redone and by so many contacts that sent us inforamtion without even saying who they were and how they played a role in this process and.... The list goes on. Then when we asked/requested over and over that the impounds we gone from this as we never have had to pay impounds and are WELL below this requirement, they were there in the closing documents.

The communication was not the best. Many emails were sent asking for the same information. Also, a lot of clarification was required to understand what was requested. It also took a very long time to get finished. By far the worst part was the person that was sent was not very friendly. He did not wear his face covering property and we had to ask him to fix it. He was texting on his phone the whole time and he did not want to explain what we were signing nor let us read it. Not great.
