David responded our questions almost immediately (via phone or e-mail). He was very cordial and respectful if we did not know words or concepts during the process(English is my second language). Additionally, David works with a group of people that are equally professional, who walked us through every single step of the refinancing process. Even after the Closing, we had some questions and David responded with the same level of importance. We feel very satisfied with his services.
