David's follow up after the original person I was working with did not follow up. She also sent my info to the wrong email. But things got cleaned up later.

Usually in the past, the procces has been long painful and full of obstacles . With Churchill Mortgage, i deal with a great team that i meet trough out Mr. Dave Ramsey .You feel you are not alone , on the contrary they make feel that you are also part of the team trying to get the same goal. One of the things that really make this process so seemless is the new technology, e file forms , e sign , the way they take pdfs files all this make this all work effortless.
