Usually in the past, the procces has been long painful and full of obstacles . With Churchill Mortgage, i deal with a great team that i meet trough out Mr. Dave Ramsey .You feel you are not alone , on the contrary they make feel that you are also part of the team trying to get the same goal. One of the things that really make this process so seemless is the new technology, e file forms , e sign , the way they take pdfs files all this make this all work effortless. David was wonderful! He made himself available via text and actually answered all our text messages. Even after his part was done and we were moved on to the care of his associates he STILL took excellent care of us. Never said “well that’s so and so’s job”. David obviously takes great pride in his job.
