David made me feel very comfortable being able to ask questions at any step along the way. I was originally planning to work with someone local because I typically like to get to know someone that I work with. Though our only communication has been through the phone and email, I feel like I do know him. He is an incredibly genuine person who works very hard to help people as they go through a process that is unfamiliar to them but something at which he is an expert.

Just more communication over all. Some of the process was confusing and frustrating and multiple documents were asked for multiple times. Other than that we had a good experience.

From the very beginning I felt like the Churchill group took care of me and had my best interest in mind. I shopped around qith 2 other companies and they were both pushy and wanted me to move forward with the loan right away. David told me we would wait for the right time to lock everything in and im glad he did. I had an awesome experience and will definitely go with Churchill next time I need something financed.
