We had a Bridal party appointment with David's Bridal for a month, when we got there I stood in line for 30 minutes just to say I had an appointment, we were assigned an assistant but she spoke with us once and we never saw her again. 5 girls cleared their schedules for this appointment, we were there for two hours without any assistance. We had an appointment today for a total of 5 bridesmaids and were not helped for 20 minutes after our appt. Our "helper" said she had two appointments already but that "her manager was aware" and pointed us to a room. The room was only big enough for two people, and then she disappeared. One of our bridesmaids is pregnant and she had questioned her about maternity dresses and she sad she didn't have time to help her look, and to go ask someone else. Worst customer service ever. I've been calling all morning and no one has answered the phone.
It's ridiculous that I've been trying to call ALL DAYt o make an appointment for my bridal party- I started at 11:14 this morning and it is now 4:30pm- and NO ONE has yet to bother to answer the phone here in MD or at the customer service line in PA...
This place is a nightmare! Had to get my bridesmaid dress here, as well as my 2 little ones flower girl dresses. I called corporate (610)943-4633 & suggest any of you with problems do the same! Corporate called and they were told the same lie as me about all steaming/pressing is charged (they were rather shocked and are contacting the district manager). David's Bridal home page states they do complimentary pressing of dresses-this store charges. NOT TRUE-DON'T PAY IT! Also, pressing doesn't need to be done by your sale... read more
This was one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. The management is awful.
They have beautiful gowns for Home coming, Winter formal and prom.Price's are reasonable
Worst experiences I've ever had! Made an appointment to try on dresses and when I got there they told me they couldn't take me because they took in a walkin instead. Eventually they helped me and I bought a $1500 dress. They never told me it was in, I called and they were rude saying "it's been in". I asked if I need to make an appointment to get it taken in and they said no. So, I go to get sized and when they get my dress they hang it up and say "here". I was in Glen Burnie David's for an hour yesterday and not one sales person even spoke to me. I finally wrote down my own numbers in the shoe department and I may order them online "IF" I have no other option. Clearly David's Bridal does not give employees Ritz Carlton training. They could never work for me.
