I had the worst experience at the David's Bridal in Glen Burnie. The lady who was suppose to be helping me was not helpful at all. She did not even take the time to look for dresses that were on my favorite list. All she would do was tell me they did not have the dresses so my friends went around the store and actually found the dresses.
I received my wedding dress by UPS and the dress does not fit. I was never told that it was a final sale even though the dress was ordered from a David's Bridal in another state. Also, nobody measured me before ordering the dress. I would not recommend this David's Bridal. I contacted the David's Bridal I went to and contacted David's Bridal corporate office. I was told by someone in customer service that the District Manager for the David's Bridal I went to, will be contacting me.
Just because someone is not a bride does not make them any less important. My eight year old niece came in tonight. Her father is getting married so this is a was a very special night for her to find her dress. My mom said she felt like they were ignored, she had to go get other dresses for her to try on. David's bridal wil not be used by anyone in our family ever again.
I would just like to take a minute and say how crappy David's bridal is in Hagerstown. First time I went in to get a dress I had a horrible consultant who brought me dresses that were way to small for me then the next time I went in I found out they ordered the wrong color in my one bridesmaid gown it was to be emerald green they ordered blue and just a few moments ago I went to pick up my shoes they were to be dying cherry red to go with my wizard of oz wedding theme only when I got them they were pink!! Thanks to this horrible place with piss poor customer service and bad business styles my bride to be is all upset and ready to just call the whole wedding off! All I can say is don't go to this place unless you can handle poor help with discrimination!
