I didn't buy my wedding dress here but I did buy my veil. After getting my dress in Old Town from Ellie's bridal I didn't think that I needed to get my veil well in advance. It was about 1 month before the wedding and Ellie's bridal told me that I needed months and months to buy veil and that they may not even have one. Well as we all know you cant beat their prices, when i went in they were extreamly nice, however i got declined for the credit card they kept pushing on me and no joke stoped helping me when it was declined. also pushed their photographer and ect on me while i was looking for dresses, I ended up buying the one i wanted online since their staff was so pushy and rude.
This was pretty much like shopping at a department store, so not all that special. You come here for the value, which was phenomenal. I tried on a dress at a boutique for $10k, and found almost an identical one here for $600. Look like a princess, spend like a pauper. It's a good plan!

When I first went to David’s Bridal in Springfield, I was blown away by the kindness and how helpful everyone was. I purchased my dress there at a great price of $500, the staff members helping me find the dress were beyond wonderful! There was nothing but laugher and happy tears that day. However, we were told that I would be able to exchange the dress for a smaller size 6+ months down there road because I was undergoing weight loss. I went into my dress appointment not really knowing what I wanted but I definitely knew what I didn't want! The ladies there were super helpful and knew what would be best for my body type. The dress came in much quicker than originally projected too! My only suggestion for David's Bridal is to provide garment bags. My dress came in a plastic bag (like the ones the dry cleaners use), and I had to purchase a real garment bag!
Overall good experience. Think store was understaffed need to accommodate busy days of the week more effectively
Went without an appointment, and found a beautiful dress within just a couple of minutes. The lady who helped fit me was very knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. Overall a very pleasant and cmfortable experience. Would definitively recommend!
