Dress was beautiful and cheap. Did not like the sales lady as she was really pushy, saying that the dress would take months to arrive so I'd better pay on the spot so I could have the dress in time for the wedding. The dress turned out to be ready a few weeks after that, not months. However, I was very satisfied with my dress and the veil (even thought the veil was almost as expensive as the dress itself). I can't stand this store. My first trip to this store involved a salesperson who obviously hated her job, and her life. Every question I had seemed to be "a bother". My 2nd trip there, the 2nd salesperson was a little more attentive to me, but was very rude to one of my bridesmaids. The sales rep Insisted that my friend was not a size 8, and when my bridesmaid finally had enough, the lady, begrudgingly, brought a size 8, which did, in fact, fit my bridesmaid. If you are considering purchasing your dress from David's Bridal... any store... RUN, don't walk, to anywhere else. Not only was each and every employee I encountered, for the 6 months of my engagement, rude, unprofessional, self-center sales associates and alternation workers. They did not honor my appointment that was made two weeks in advance. They lost my registration information with all of my selections THREE TIMES. they were extremely helpful, especially considering i showed up on a saturday with no appointment (not recomended)! the sales lady was great, she helped me find the perfect drss for a great price. i had no idea buying a wedding dress was so different than how i would normaly shop for clothes, but they made it simple!
I really like the wedding dress i got from davids bridal, it fits me really well and it really looks good on me on the pictures. Although the dress is kinda long for me and need to be fix but i need it really soon and they fix it for me as faster as they can, although theres additional charges i think the service is really good.
My dress was exquisite! I didn't go bankrupt buying it, either. It was everything I have dreamed of my wedding dress being. What more can I say?Wedding party gowns were also beautiful. They have lots to choose from and the prices are not outrageous. Everything was ready on time as promised. No complaints at all!!!
They couldn't find the wedding dress that I wanted so I had to go elsewhere, but the Bridesmaids and the maid of honor looked beautiful. The prices wern't too bad either. The selection of bridesmaids dresses is huge.
I NEVER thought I?d get my dress at David's, but just went to try on a bunch of different styles. Long story short, I bought my dress that day... The manager there, Kristen, is unbelievably helpful and so nice.
