Was a very busy place and they seemed understaffed. We were there to get dresses for my twins and the lady assigned to us was called away four times. The girls tried on their dresses, we decided on which ones, thankfully they fit and we didn't have to fuss with pinning them. It took us a half hour to check out because she was called away again. She was a very nice girl. By that time I just wanted to get the heck out of there.

I went in to David's after having an awful experience at another bridal salon, and in my small 45 minute visit Kara Jo made me feel so happy and welcomed, I completely forgot about my visit to another salon earlier in the day. I scheduled a real appointment with her the following weekend, and once again was completely blown away by her kindness and helpfulness. We had a wonderful experience at David's Bridal yesterday. Our consultant was Brianna B. My daughter told her what she had in mind, and within minutes Brianna had 8 dresses in the fitting room waiting for my daughter. She was amazing. It was as if she knew exactly what my daughter had envisioned. My daughter loved each dress Brianna picked out for her. We were all in tears when she decided on "THE" dress. Had a wonderful experience finding my daughters wedding gown. Everyone was very helpful and kind. We had to have a very active 15 month old with us and it was not a problem. I will be back to buy my mother of the bride dress for sure!!!!
