The store had a great selection and my daughter found the dress of her dreams but the consultant was obviously annoyed she hadn't had her lunch and she didn't know her product as well as you would expect. She was sweet and accommodating but when shown dresses she said they didn't have anything like that only to have the maid of honor not only find similar dresses on her own but better options. She didn't offer a selection of up sell type products and she seemed in a hurry to get through our appointment.

I had a great experience with Krislyn yesterday finding the perfect wedding gown for my wedding next year. She was so helpful and nice!
Although I was sooooo difficult, Tiffany B was so patient and helpful for the 3 hours I was crying and being an emotional mess! She was Great to work with! �

5 stars for the customer service experience I had with a very patient and helpful staff. I went past closing time making my decision but no one was impatient was me! worked with me until I made a decision on my perfect dress! The only thing that was frustrating was the very small size of the dressing rooms. A suggestion would also be to offer something to drink to the clients. Thanks again Petya and Diane for a great experience!
Kara Jo was amazing!! �����!! Walked in to try on some bridesmaid dresses without an appointment and she was so attentive, and extremely helpful!!!
David's gets a A+ for their availability of stylish and well crafted wedding dresses etc. The dresses are also affordable. David's also gets a A+ for the friendliness of their staff as they are very welcoming. However, David's gets an F for customer experience. We all know that weekends will be busier because that is when everyone is most often off of work. However, that is why we make appointments. Even though Tiffany B is my sister in law, when I came in with Amelia Jones bridal party I was very impressed with her work knowledge. Tiffany was very helpful and got us in and out with our fittings.
