we felt rushed and pushed out the door. My daughter (the bride) had a 12 pm appointment was there on time for the lady helping to say “I leave at one I might have to pass u onto my manager.” Then told my daughter we can only choose so many dresses. Didn’t give her a chance for the I said yes to the dress picture. Rushed her to the cash register and out the door. Not a happy mother of the bride. I guess if u can’t spend $1000s on a dress they don’t really need to Be nice
Today I called the Monroeville, PA store to speak to the store manager about our experience. I was told it was our fault and the manager proceeded to yell at me! Completely unprofessional and rude!!

I’m really disappointed, I wanted to write a great review because I purchased my wedding dress here and had a good experience. All my bridesmaids and my mom bought dresses here as well. Just be aware that their return policy is 7 days after purchase and not 7 days from when your dress actually arrives. We had to order flower girl dresses which came a couple weeks after purchase.
