The lady who was supposed to take care of us barely focused on the group and left us feeling confused. It would have been nice to have my dress checked for alterations and for her to know what she was talking about. It was so bad I can't even remember her name.

I'm sorry to say that we didn't care much at all for our experience. We have much closer shops to our home but have heard this was the place to go, I'll start by saying my daughter isn't getting married until June 2019 and maybe this is why Eileen wasn't the greatest person to deal with...knowing she wasn't getting a "sale". We had excellent customer service today, the last time we were there, it didn't go as well BUT let me tell you they made up for it today. Angela welcomed us and took wonderful care of us, plus her staff was very helpful also! If you ever have a problem, don't be afraid to ask for Angela, she will be more than happy to help!
