I went to this location to find my mother a dress for my wedding. From the time we walked into the store everyone was very friendly and helpful. Lila was partnered with us and took the time to check to see if each dress my mom liked was available in her size. When we were beginning to have no luck Stacy also helped and made suggestions for options that would be available. With Lila and Stacy's help we were able to find a dress for my mom. I bought two dresses at this store in January - a Jr. bridesmaids dress for my daughter and a bridesmaids dress for myself. We tried on the dresses last week and found that my daughter's dress was big and mine had a stain on it. I called the store right away and spoke with Savannah. She was very understanding and accommodating. She instructed me to bring in the dresses. I exchanged my daughter's dress for a smaller size, and exchanged my dress for another dress. I just went Sunday and picked out my dress. Aubrey was so wonderful to my mom and I in Kennesaw. She helped us a great deal. Very friendly, patient and kind. My mother and I both felt very comfortable and not mislead at all. She gave her opinions when we asked and was great. I found my dress. I can't say enough how thankful I am to Aubrey. She really made me feel comftorable enough to not let my anxiety get in the way. Thanks so much aubrey

Today I went in and tried a ton of dresses on and *maybe* found the one! Lexi was fantastic and calmed my nerves completely. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Went with my mom for an appointment just to look and see what looked good on me. My consultant was wonderful! She truly listened and gave great advice. I had planned on ordering a cheaper dress online to save money, but ended with up with the perfect dress at the right price and color, in my size, on the sale rack. It was a very positive experience and would recommend Davids Bridal.
Came in 2 Weeks ago (at Kennesaw location) to pick out my wedding dress. The lady when you checked in was super sweet and helpful! The experience could've been better with the lady helping you with fitting just had a poor attitude. I understand we all have stressful days but don't take it out on your customers with poor attitudes. Lines were super long when checking out. On a bright note regardless of how sour the lady was that helped us.. I did find my dream dress!
