Terrible alterations. Uneven and super messy hemline. Only one bustle option. When I picked it up they lied and said they didn’t have a dressing room for me to use until we pestered them and they finally said “it’s not ready yet.” Then when my grandma noticed the uneven hemline the “seamstress” took scissors and started cutting it. At the end they kept saying “it looks great!” just to hurry us out of the store. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I picked a dress I loved and it was ordered in a size that was way too big for me. I tried on a smaller dress size that needed to be taken in still but a larger dress was still ordered. When the dress came in it was so large it could not be altered and I was told that I could not return it for a refund. I had to exchange it for something equal or greater value and I had no dress and my wedding was in two weeks. I settled for another dress and made the exchange.
