We ordered bridesmaids dresses back in December and were told that the dresses would be in "with plenty of time" before my sister's wedding! The dresses were scheduled to arrive the day before her wedding and no one called to tell us! After several wasted hours on the phone... Still no dresses!
My future daughter-in-law came into this particular shop today looking for a wedding dress. Our experience started out well but quickly took a turn for the worse. They were short-handed. Our first consultant was about to finish her shift and was not very interested in doing a thorough job. Our second consultant was rude and not interested in being of help what-so-ever. We will continue dress shopping elsewhere.
This place is horrible. They do not do things they are paid to do. They are rude. They embarrassed my daughter made her cry. We have to take her dress somewhere else to have the work done that they were paid to do.
