This was an overall great day. We figured out exactly what style looks good on me so when I come back we can pick a dress! I had Deanna, she was great!

I had two appointments with Deanna while looking for my wedding dress and she was amazing! She really cared about what I wanted in a dress and wasn’t trying to force me into more expensive dresses like some other consultants I worked with! I would highly recommend this location and working with Deanna!

I was really skeptical about going in because I have heard people complain about David's Bridal Customer Service. Well I had a phenomenal experience. Aleia helped me out and listened to what I wanted and my price range. She worked with my budget and picked out dresses for me that fit the style and budget I wanted. Thank god for Keicia! I Had ordered a bridesmaids dress for a wedding on August 4 2018 but when it arrived it was not the right size. I called up the customer service line at David’s bridal to get the correct size but was told that I could not get the dress in prior to August 8! I was willing to pay for expedited shipping but the customer service rep actually had the audacity to tell me that I was out of luck and that I should ask the bride to change her mind about the bridesmaids dress she wanted us all to wear!
