Jenna and Raul were incredibly helpful when it came to my alterations. I am giving them five stars rather than the store because I’ve had MULTIPLE issues regarding my dress (since I bought it last March) and they have made the process a lot less stressful. The bustle was done incorrectly, and they could have easily let me walk out without saying a word (I never would have known) but instead apologized and took care of it right away.
