RecommendedKiecia is A DREAM to work with! I'm an incredibly anxious, hate clothing shopping, plus-sized woman and she is so patient, positive, and body conscious. She took every step to keep me comfortable and was so supportive. I had my first appointment in August 2017, but wasn't ready to commit to anything. Today, I specifically requested Kiecia and she helped me say yes to my dress!! I felt beautiful and was so happy to ring that bell with her by my side. Thank you!!! 😘

I came in for my 3rd alterations appointment, only to be disappointed again. However, the 3rd time must be the charm because Raul was there to fix everything. His patience with my frustrations, impeccable attention to detail, and genuine care for my happiness did not go unnoticed!! The customer service from the staff was above and beyond this evening. Request Raul for your alterations. He is amazing and I wish I would have had the pleasure to meet him sooner.

I had a wonderful experience at the store in Tampa. All the girls were extremely helpful and made sure I was able to try on every bridesmaid option available. The store was well organized and it was easy to find things. I would defiantly go back and recommend them to others. Keep up the great work ladies!
