I had the best experience at David’s Bridal. We ended up getting our flower girl dresses and bridesmaids dresses at David’s Bridal about 2 years before our wedding date , and they ended up taking us in without an appointment every time we came to look and try on dresses. Then something else happened that put David’s Bridal over every other company in my opinion. Mary was nothing short of AMAZING from the moment my mom and I walked through the front door! She brought us right to the back and got us in even though we were 30mins late for our appointment! By the time we left we felt like part of the David’s Bridal family and even gave us both great big hugs on our way out! We looked at each other after we left and said that was the BEST customer service experience we have EVER had! We are excited to come back for next fitting in a couple weeks just to see Mary!
