Went in for bridesamid alterations. Let's just say that the customer service was excellent. They really own up to the good and the bad and will have you walking out of there a happy and satisfied customer. Which is the most important thing today. Thank you for the experience of feeling valued!!
Just purchased my bridesmaid dress here. Great experience!! As soon as I walked in someone greeted me and showed me how to find what I was looking for. Michelle was my main helper and she was awesome! She offered good input and was not pushy or overbearing like salespeople in stores can be sometimes. She even took a couple pictures so I could show the bride. We had to order the dress but it will be here well before the wedding. All staff were welcoming and helpful :-)
