I went in for bridesmaid dresses. The associate that was helping us didn't help much. I understand you have to check on others to see if they are doing okay. But if you ask for us to make an appointment I would hope we would get help with style, sizing, color options. With our appointment we only saw the associate maybe 3 times for about 2mins. We understand some days are busier than others. I would assume the store would plan for the traffic better. I will be shopping else where for my bridal needs.

We had the appointment scheduled to try on a dress that we had checked out ahead of time so knew what we wanted. The dress wasn't the size we requested so my daughter couldn't even get it on. She was offered another one to try and that didn't fit either. It was very disappointing to say the least. As her friend said"It was like going to the Walmart of dress stores"

Don't waste your time!!! Went here for my sister in law and our "bridal coordinator" we actually saw for about 1.5 minutes within 2 hrs. I ended up putting her in all the dresses and doing everything. I recommend going to rochester if your set on Davids bridal.
Wish I could do negative stars. Hands down the worst customer service I had from my consultant! She had an attitude the whole time, kept bringing dresses we didn't want, kept walking off and didn't help with nothing ... The other consultants were trying to help us more then her. All this lady talked about was her kid's upcoming wedding. She asked nothing about my wedding. I will never recommend anyone here!
If you could give no stars that would be better!! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I would never recommend this place to anyone!! The Dress I ordered was missing a clasp and I was talked to so rudely on the phone by alterations and by managers I would rather pay someone to fix then go back there and have them sew the small part in for free! Ridiculous I don't know how they are still in business! Should have listened to people when they said not to buy from David's bridal!
