I had to get a last minute bridesmaid dress today, with only two weeks till the wedding. Victoria was very helpful in assisting with options as far as what would be the most timely and doable. I was able to find the right dress from the options on the floor, and Lana the alterations manager, was very sweet and was able to get me the alterations that are needed in perfect time for the wedding in two weeks. Very happy I came here today and was greeted with such kind and helpful people!

Very disappointed in this store. At the begining when we were looking for my daughters wedding dress the ladies were very helpful. We found a beautiful dress that we are very happy with. We set up an appt for Feb 12 which was today for alterations along with the maid of honour and the brides maids dresses. When we went in for the appt they couldnt find our appt mind you we had recieved several reminder notifications leading up to todays appt. I had a truly terrible experience at David’s Bridal. First, they left the security tag on my dress and I didn’t notice it until the wedding I was attending. Second, When I went back in, they were beyond rude to me. The individual at the front kept interrupting me. They didn’t even apologize. Third, when I first got to the store, none of the employees would hardly look at me. They were talking to everyone else in the store. They have the worst customer service ever. None were friendly at all except for the ladies in alterations. I called and asked what their return policy was and all I was told that if it was past 7 days I would have to do store exchange which would have been fine. After I get there I am told that since it had been more than 60 days I couldn't even do that so I am left with an item I can't even use. Sure glad this was my last visit there to pick up my dress that I will never have to frequent their establishment again. VERY POOR... read more

David's bridal made my appointment for 6pm last night when my group got there the manager was rude and telling my sales lady we needed to hurry due to them closing at 7. Not once did I get to look for my own dress my party was having to go get the dresses and bring them back to me so we could hurry. As a customer this was the worst customer service I have experienced. Your Wedding is susspose to be special I was made to feel anything but that. I came in with no appointment just 2 days before my Wedding Day and Kaley managed to take me from a stressed out mess to a calm, capable decision maker 😅. It truly felt like she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and the experience was quite enjoyable. It was unexpected and very much appreciated!! Thank you so much Kaley!! The whole staff is so sweet. Between finding my dream wedding dress, and all 6 of my bridesmaids dresses and flower girl dress, it was such a wonderful experience. Maddie, Lisa, Garrett, and Kaley were wonderful during each of our many appointments!
