I came with a friend for Tuxedo information and was greeted soon as I opened the door, kinda scared me with all the enthusiasm lol The two thick sisters I believe are the managers kept me occupied...wouldn't let me take them to dinner but still lol they gave great customer service.Â
I have never had such a wonderful experience over the phone thank you shandy and Skylar for helping me purchase the bridesmaid dress over the phone. Shandy gave me all the information with arrival dates helping find the one to come in time and passed me over.to Skylar to check out. Great team work and customer service was definitely fantastic.Â
Loved the Quince showroom! It was set up super cute! Needs more selections to choose from. Everyone was extremely helpful. Beautiful store and great location. If it were more stars to give I'd give them! The atmosphere is very open and welcoming. They are awesome at this location! Best experience at David's Bridal yet!Â
Don't understand why we came to a bridal shop for tuxedo measurements and not the tuxedo rental place but the ladies here really make you feel special. They compliment this store well. Process was ok but because of the customer service I will not complain. (Told you girls I was going to give yall a hard time for this review 😆) All jokes aside, fantastic experience.Â
What a great experience! Everyone was friendly and went the extra mile for us! We wanted a certain color but the wedding is coming quick and they were still able to find us a style that looked great on all of us and will be coming in time! Thank you Carolina and all the friendly ladies at the welcome desk and the managers!!Â

We were in a rush to leave and my group had me in and out so quick I almost missed the ringing session, however Miss Desteny cattled us all back over and got the whole stores attention and watched me ring a bell! Thank you! This made my day! I felt so indecisive but you guys really know yalls calling! Thank you to the front desk girls for squeezing us in last minute! Bridesmaids next and we be back here for that for sure.Â
