Staff here is very friendly, very clean store all the way down to the restrooms being clean! I know retail can be crazy at times, walking into this store you would never know that! Very well organized all the staff works together, the managers are very helpful and knowledgeable.Â
Jodi was amazing with helping me find my dress! The manager Shandie made my experience wonderful as well. I was able to get my dress exchanged as well as my alts appointment scheduled all in the same day. I am looking forward to my bridesmaids coming in and doing business with this location! My name is Mary Torres and I am the mother of the groom. I was a bit nervous since I haven’t worn a dress in 30yrs! Wendy and Shandi at the Woodlands location were dynamite! I walked in with out an appt, nervous about trying on dresses and I was greeted with open arms and I was given the best care and attention! Even though they were extra busy, they were so perfect with each of their guests. I absolutely love my dress and had an awesome experience. Great job ladies! The Woodlands stylists rock!Â

I walked in to look for a dress for a baptism and everywhere I looked there was an employee cleaning. The store is so beautiful you can tell the workers take pride in keeping things organized and shining. I was just as shocked to see the managers getting dirty just like the crew. The customer service was impeccable! The atmosphere of this location is so great, the staff is down to earth and hilarious lol this is the most fun I've had looking for a dress in a long time lol go see the girls in the woodland you won't regret it.Â
