I went there with my sister in law to pick up her dress. Part way through getting it tied up the girl left her in the room because she got paged to meet her next appointment. Her dress wasn't done up tight enough or even straight, while trying to help two appointments at one time my poor sister in law got the crappy end of the service. The girl didn't even tell her she looked beautiful.....every bride should be complemented. Horrendous service. Sales people straight up lie about products and options available for alterations in order to make the sale. You don't get to see alterations staff until after you've bought and paid for your dress, at which point they inform you that they are not able to alter your dress in the way the sales people recommended. Unfortunately for me, my dress was defective as well. I was measured at a size 6, sales girl even commented that I was the exact measurements of a size 6. Alterations MANAGER treated my bridesmaid like absolute shit... thanks for nothing and I'll never recommend you to anyone! �� Management, maybe teach your Alterations manager some proper customer service etiquette because that was absolutely appalling and I as the bride am very displeased!!!
Initial appointment was very chaotic and rushed, as it seems they over book their consultants and those consultants aren't able to keep up. I found and dress and to my surprise it arrived early which was a plus (short engagement to wedding date). Upon pick up I wasn't permitted to try the dress on and instead referred to book an alteration appointment, which I needed. A young lady from alternations greeted me and booked me in. I just had my first appointment ever for trying on wedding dresses. I had an awful experience and the girl that was "helping" me, looked like she hated her job and kept giving me and my family death glares when we said we didn't like what she was bringing us. I actually ended up crying. I didn't want to be there and none of their dresses were even close to, "the one". One positive thing that came out of this experience was that I got a vague idea of the style and fit that I like for my body type.
Our consultant could not have been more uninterested or rude. She had 0 customer service skills and we felt like she couldn't wait or us to pick a dress and get out!! Bad shopping experience.
Terrible! Made an appointment, we told her we were looking for tea length all she said was they are hard to find then disappeared! She came back when we found some to try on but she was more concerned with hanging them back up then helping us find new ones.... Left straight after! Worst customer service ever!
