Our appointment was at 1:30 but we were not helped/seen till 2:30. Danielle, who helped us, was fantastic even though she seemed extremely stretched thin with all the people she was to help. Once we found ALL the dresses in the size needed (only was 7 styles) we had chosen a dress Danielle went to get the lady for the alterations. We waited 30 min for her to show up with Danielle going to check every 10 min. We had a great experience at your Woodbridge location. We didn't have an appointment as it was for Mother of the Bride. We were helped out by a variety of women during our visit. We had an alterations question and the associates grabbed Danielle (Alterations Manager). She answered all of our questions and even had the availability to do an insta fit alteration appointment on the spot. We are happy with our visit and look forward to coming back for a fitting.Ā

Our original consultant was unable to see us at our designated appointment because she was "busy". However veronika saw us waiting, figured out what was going on and told us that she could help us right now. She was very helpful and accommodating. We were able to get our dresses in one appointment šĀ
I stopped in on a whim just to browse and was greeted by smiling staff that were happy to help. They had someone assist me and let me try on dresses even though I didn't have an appointment booked. My stylist listened carefully to what I wanted, let me select the dresses I liked and stand in them as long as I needed to make a decision. After trying on 2 dresses, I found the one! They even let me stay in the dress and wait for my maid of honour to come see it and told me all the options I had for alterations to make my dress...Ā read more
The store was great, really nicely laid out and everyone seemed friendly. Unfortunately, our sales rep was double booked so we ended up doing alot of the searching and guessing ourselves. It would have been nice having our sales rep with us fully.Ā
