I bought my wedding dress there the women were nice but when it came to operations of my dress they turned around and had to fix it twice because they didn't know what they were doing my sleeves are both two different sizes and they did not him underneath my armpits and my opinion they did a very bad job and did not even tell me if I walked out the door with the dress I could not bring it back to fix so I suggested if you guys do have alterations done a devil's David's Bridal please be careful

I should have listened to all the HORROR stories. The first photo is from my first fitting back in Feb. 2nd is from last week. I lost about 15 pounds from Feb until now but clearly nothing was lost in my busy area. They took it in, in my bust area and not my waistline where they should have. After paying DB almost $500 for this BS I’m paying someone again. She is appalled at the shitty job that’s was done, beads falling off, crooked seams, extra thread everywhere. Do not go to Fairlawn location ! Canton location is much more accommodating and has much better service ! Fairlawn location did not measure or offer undergarments or even help my sister try on dresses. Canton location treats you like a Princess and is 1000% better experience! Do not recommend going to the Fairlawn location if you want a special experience!

I went shopping today for a specific dress and I was greeted by a very happy person, and my consultant seemed to be very nice. But when I asked my consultant about the dress I was looking for (I even had the number for it) she said that they don't carry that dress and she walked away. As soon as she walked away I found the dress I went in for. When Stephanie (my consultant) returned I told her that I found it and she told me that I could keep looking around and my room was numbered "1". So I confirmed the number and she said... read more

I will never in a million years do any business with David's Bridal. They are a week late on my daughters communion dress, and lied to me about taking the straps in for free. The dress is still not in the store today and her communion is this Sunday! I am beyond mad. The only reason I was getting her dress from here was because it was promised to be in on April 17 after I told them no later then April 20. After the dress was not in on time they told me they would do the alteration I needed and they would eat the cost of it. ... read more

I took my daughter here to get her Prom dress as she has 2 Proms a week apart coming. We were assigned Alena W. as our consultant. While she helped pull dresses when we first got there (ones my daughter picked ahead of time on the website), we didn't see her much after that. She had people in 3 other dressing rooms at the same time so every time I looked for her, she was with someone else.
