Laura Faris was my consultant. I had a few bad experiences and she made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what I wanted. The experience was better than expected, especially on a Saturday. The store was packed and she was composed and attentive. She was friendly and understanding. I left feeling amazing and satisfied. �
Tia is by far the best manager for a company I have ever dealt with. She has been helping me with my specific dress situation for months and I couldn’t be happier. All of the staff at the Whitehall location have been so helpful. If you are looking for beautiful dresses and helpful representatives, this is the place to go! Lisa was fantastic in the alterations department. I stopped in when they first opened to pick up my dress when I had an appointment scheduled for later in the day. She provided excellent customer service and quickly helped me try on my dress and speed out, since I was in a hurry. Thank you Lisa!

I had Laura faris as my consultant and she was wonderful. Extremely helpful and listened to what I wanted. I said yes to the dress only after Laura suggested a belt for the dress. It totally transformed the dress into just what I was looking for! She wasn't pushy yet gave great advice and suggestions. Definitely would go back to her for future dress needs!!
