I had an amazing experience at David's Bridal, in Whitehall. Laura Faris was our consultant, she was awesome and super helpful. I went with two close friends and my mother, we did not have an appointment, we were greeted promptly and immediately assigned to a consultant. Laura did an amazing job listening to me and what I was looking for in a dress, because although I'm extremely particular, I didn't know what I wanted or where to begin. She did! I came into David's Bridal in Whitehall a few days ago as a very stressed pregnant bridesmaid and Tia Matz (one of the managers) took such wonderful care of me!! She helped me put my dress on, had the seamstress see me right away, and all reassured that the dress would fit fine for a wedding I have in a few weeks! They were all so nice and calming, especially Tia. Can't wait to go back for my actual fitting!
Best experience I've ever had in any type of store! The people are fantastic and go out of their way to make any accommodations necessary ! Laura(McArther store) is acceptionally helpful and one of the most down to earth ladies! Love her!
Great service! My friends and I picked out wedding dresses for me to try on after hearing what I like and disliked about each dress my consultant (Taylor I think) chose the winning dress!!!
